By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink www.betterdayseducation.com. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

For course enrolments that are completed on-line or via telephone UK distance selling regulations apply. Better Days Education will provide a full refund of any fees paid if a notification of cancellation is received from the student/customer within fourteen days of purchasing course. Payment in full is expected before the start of course enrolment, students who have enrolled late will not be eligible for a refund on sections of the course that they have completed.

One to one bookings will be entitled to a refund where the student has paid in advance for lessons and provides written notice of a cancellation at least 48 hours’ before the scheduled booking.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase detailed in the privacy policy. All online lesson materials, along with references used in or related to online tuition is the property of Better Days Education or of third parties and used under permission granted to Better Days Education and may only be used in the manner detailed in our Terms and Conditions.

Permission to use the material in any other way must be obtained in writing from Better Days Education and/or the publisher or author of the material. These materials are for the sole use of individuals registered with Better Days Education.

As a registered learner you may view and read all materials that you have access to, you may also print any or all screen and pdf file pages for your personal . Better Days Education does not permit you to share, communicate, publish or in any manner distribute to other parties your login and password, readings, references, links or any other materials. The terms and conditions regarding use of materials apply upon registration for the course, while you are enrolled and upon and after completing, withdrawing from or terminating your lessons.

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other materials such as essays and project assignments. You are responsible for the content you share and public disclosure of your content is not carried out without consent.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Better Days Education.

Better Days Education has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Better Days Education shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
